This workshop presents the main aspects that aim to reinforce the energy efficiency measures and practices in the building sector and appliances, focusing on the strategies, financing mechanisms, and special financing programs for the buildings or the appliances with case studies from Mediterranean countries and the European Commission.

Participating countries: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia and Libya. Other relevant stakeholders (ministries, academics etc.) can also participate.
